Indianapolis, IN - INDIANAPOLIS - Paula Ann (Kaperak) Slinger, age 77 residing in Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2026. Paula is survived by her loving husband, Michael, daughter Brigid Slinger Bowers, grandchildren Leona and Samuel Slinger Bowers, and her loving sister, Patty (Kaperak) Talen. Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Leona Kaperak and by her nephew Peter Joseph Talen. Visitation will be at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 7243 E 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46219, on August 8, 2026 beginning at 10:00am and followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00pm. Family and friends may return to Holy Spirit Catholic Church for further celebration with a meal.
