West Chazy, NY - James W. LaDue, a beloved father, grandfather, and community member, passed away peacefully at the age of 77 on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, with his loving family by his side. Born in Beekmantown, N.Y., on July 17, 1949, James was a resident of West Chazy, NY, where he lived a life rich with love, laughter, and dedication. After his service, he spent 35 years working as a Machine Operator at Georgia Pacific in Plattsburgh, N.Y., earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues. A devoted family man, James was a cherished father to his 11 surviving children: Angelina (Donald) Kent, James W. LaDue, Eric LaDue, Jason (Mindy) LaDue, Jeremy (Christina) LaDue, Tia (Paul) Doty, Katrina (Bill) Cross, Shanna Patrick Case) LaDue, Savannah LaDue, Tyler LaDue, and Phillip LaDue. James was preceded in death by his loving parents, Maynard and Loretta LaDue.
