The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has confirmed a series of strikes against Russian air defense systems, radar stations, and a logistics depot in southern Russia and occupied Crimea. According to the General Staff, Ukrainian defense forces struck the positions of an S-400 “Triumph” anti-aircraft missile system near Gelendzhik and a Pantsir system in Yeysk, both located in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai. The operation targeted enemy surveillance capabilities as well, striking a Kasta radar station in Lantonove and a Podlet radar in Holovativka, both in the Rostov region. In his update on Sunday, Brovdi detailed the strikes on the mainland air defenses and provided context regarding the targeted S-400 system in Gelendzhik. According to the USF commander, Ukrainian forces struck three vessels belonging to Russia’s “shadow fleet,” targeting one oil tanker and two dry cargo ships.
