Co-op Group Begins Search For New Chair As Debbie White Steps Down

UK's Co-op Group has announced that Debbie White has decided to step down as chair and member of the board. The group appointed Moni Mannings OBE, senior independent director, as interim chair, as it commenced the search for a successor. Mannings OBE commented, “Debbie has provided unwavering commitment and valuable counsel to the Co-op during her time as chair. I will seek to build on Debbie’s contribution to our Co-op as I take on the role of interim chair.” Debbie WhiteWhite was appointed chair in 2024, after joining the Co-op Group board in 2023.
