Get our free mobile appThe Brookfield Lions Club is teaming up with the American Red Cross for a blood drive on Wednesday, August 26, from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The event will be held in the Fellowship Hall at the Congregational Church of Brookfield, located at 160 Whisconier Road. You can also visit the American Red Cross website and enter the sponsor code “BrookfieldCT” to find the blood drive and reserve a time. The Brookfield Lions and the American Red Cross are hoping the community will come out in strong numbers and help keep the local blood supply stocked.
