Port Trevorton, Pennsylvania - Dina Annette Shaffer, 59, of Port Trevorton, passed away unexpectedly in the comfort of her home on Monday, July 27, 2026. Born to the late Lee Ewig and Ora Mae Snyder, Dina was a graduate of West Snyder High School. On Jan. 28, 1984, she married the love of her life, Michael Todd "Mike" Shaffer. Together they built a life centered on love, family, and hard work until Mike's passing on Dec. 28, 2021. Dina leaves behind her loving children, Michael Lee Shaffer, Andrew (Emily) Shaffer, and Robin (Travis) Derr; six beloved grandchildren, Trevor, Leah, Bradley, Bentley, Declan, and Delaney; and many extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory.
