Woman who died in major A-road crash named

Catherine Margaret Loxton, 70, died on the A438 between Dormington and Stoke Edith after a crash on August 4.
The inquest opened on August 11 at Gardner Hall in Hereford before coroner James Bennett and has been adjourned to March 30, 2027.
Last week, West Mercia Police launched a witness appeal after the fatal crash which involved a Range Rover and Vauxhall Crossland.
The driver and passenger of the Range Rover were taken to Hereford County Hospital with serious injuries.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash or who may have dashcam footage from the moments leading up to the incident."
