Officers from Bridport Neighbourhood Policing Team joined colleagues from the Roads Policing Department to conduct proactive patrols throughout West Bay and the surrounding area. A spokesperson for Bridport Police said: "We are pleased to report that no issues were identified during these checks. "Throughout the patrols, officers engaged with members of the public who shared their continued concerns regarding vehicle-related issues within the area. "In addition to vehicle checks, officers also conducted high-visibility foot patrols throughout West Bay to tackle ongoing concerns surrounding vehicle-related antisocial behaviour and retail crime. "These patrols provide valuable opportunities to engage with businesses, residents, and visitors, while helping to deter offending and provide reassurance.
