BELGRADE – Francis Frappier Jr. passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday July 28, 2026. He was predeceased by his parents, Dawn and Francis J. Frappier Sr. and a sister Barbara Mullins. Surviving are his wife Valerie Frappier; two daughters, Lisa and husband James Blodgett and two sons, and a great-granddaughter, all of Madison; Joan and Mike Ferrara and a daughter and a son, all of Oakland. Brother Donald and wife Darlene Tompkins of Waterville; sister Niomi Flannery of Belgrade; sister Lori and Robert Wilson of Gardiner; brother Raymond and wife Tina Frappier of Belgrade; and brother Roger Frappier of Madison; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. He has lived in Belgrade all his life and went to school in the Oakland Belgrade School District.
