Craig Osgood stands Aug. 6 behind the counter at the Rangeley Townhouse Meal Site.
(Quentin Blais/Staff Writer)Every week, Monday through Friday, people gather in the cafeteria of the Rangeley Townhouse Apartments to share lunch with one another.
Since starting, Osgood plans and prepares daily meals for residents of the apartments the meal site is attached to, Rangeley locals and the occasional out-of-towner.
For meal site management, the dining hall is about community as much as it is about offering healthy, well-rounded meals.
Barry Libby, president of the Rangeley Meal Site, said the site sees a boost in attendance during the winter months, when isolation is at its worst for many.
