ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police blocked off part of a Rochester neighborhood for an investigation into shots fired Monday night. Moments later, officers saw a black SUV, which they’d seen before. They pulled the SUV over and arrested a 17-year-old boy from Pittsford driving it. Officers saw a 9mm bullet on the floor of the car, under the steering wheel. However, officers say his connection to the shots fired scene they initially responded to is still under investigation.
