Mortlake and Richmond stations marked their milestone anniversaries on July 29. As part of the celebrations, a new mural was unveiled on the Mortlake station footbridge. Daniel Opoku, Mortlake Station’s Ticket Office Team Leader, was honoured with an award for his years of dedicated service to the community. The Deputy Mayor and VIP guests later boarded a train to Richmond Station, where further festivities were held. Mortlake and Richmond stations officially opened in July 1846.
