Restaurant Örme, in Urmston, now focuses on social dining with a menu of sharing plates designed to encourage conversation and exploration. Rachel Roberts, operations and wine director at Örme, said: "We are excited to be taking Örme in a new direction, deepening our roots in the local community. A feasting menu is also available, offering a chef’s selection of seasonal dishes for those who previously enjoyed the restaurant’s tasting menu format. Restaurant Örme was founded in 2023 by Mr Fields, Ms Roberts, and Tom Parker. The team said they remain fully committed to building on the restaurant’s success and growing its place in the local dining scene.
