Apple and Major League Baseball (MLB) have just announced the September broadcast schedule for Friday Night Baseball on Apple TV+, with select doubleheaders set to be streamed live in 3D in Apple Immersive Video for the Apple Vision Pro headset. The broadcast utilizes camera gear capable of capturing 8K 3D video with a 180-degree field of view. To support the spatial presentation, Apple is adding custom features specifically for Vision Pro users. Full game replays and key highlight packages will be archived on-demand inside the Apple TV app for headset owners. The experience is available to Apple TV+ subscribers in 60 countries and regions.
