Lewisburg - Thomas A Harrison, M.D., 76, of Lewisburg, born on May 30, 1950, in New York, N.Y., died of a brief illness in the early morning hours of Friday, July 24, 2026. He grew up in Bayside, Queens, New York City and attended local public schools through grade 9. After graduating and working in a research lab for a few years, he attended medical school at University of Massachusetts, followed by internships/fellowships in St. Louis, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. Dr. Harrison was a knowledgeable and dedicated cardiologist at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania, from 1988 until his passing. The funeral service for Tom Harrison is set for August 22 at 11 a.m.
