MATT Richards won gold for Great Britain competing in the men’s 4x200m freestyle relay at the European Aquatics Championships in Paris. The 23-year-old only recently returned from the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow where he won two silver and two bronze medals. Richards now adds a third European gold medal to his collection after also topping the podium in Budapest in 2020 and in Rome in 2022.
