GREECE, N.Y. — Shawn Warnick is expected in court on Tuesday for his arraignment on manslaughter charges. A grand jury indicted Warnick last week in connection with the deadly beating of Timothy Carlton in Greece. Greece police found Carlton, 53, unconscious with life-threatening injuries on Wood Road last month. Warnick was initially charged with assault, but now faces manslaughter charges because the victim died from his injuries.
