Lewisburg, Pennsylvania - Barbara L. Hilferty, 93, of Lewisburg, passed away on July 23, 2026, at Buffalo Valley Skilled Nursing in Lewisburg. Barb was so many things to so many people and will be missed for her beautiful smile, snow-white hair and her effervescent personality. She was the daughter of Clinton H. Jacobs and Dorothy G. (Jacobs) Landis. In December 2024, she was predeceased by her daughter Barbara J. Barb loved golfing, playing bridge and beating the grandchildren in Chinese Checkers.
