The Earl of Wessex has swapped royal engagements for farm work after reportedly taking a summer job on his uncle King Charles's Sandringham estate. The worker added that despite being the King's nephew, James was 'more than happy to get his hands dirty and muck in' while working long hours driving tractors. She told the BBC: 'Certainly when they were very young, we tried to keep them out of it. Away from his studies, James – previously dubbed the 'hidden royal' – has largely kept out of the spotlight compared to his sister and other members of the Royal Family. It was there he was handed a more prominent role, walking closely behind William, Kate and their three children, Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, eight, as they entered the church.
