Shamokin Dam, Pennsylvania - Evelyn Marie Heimbach, 84, of Shamokin Dam, went to be with her Lord and Savior at 5:56 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, at Oak Glen Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Lewisburg. On July 14, 1962, she married Clair C. Heimbach, who survives. She was a member of Buffalo Community Church, Lewisburg, for over 40 years. Surviving in addition to her husband of 64 years are five sons and daughters-in-law, Keith and Kathi Heimbach, of Granville Summit, Mervin and Tracy Heimbach, of Selinsgrove, Brian and Wanda Heimbach, of Selinsgrove, Tim Heimbach, of Selinsgrove, and Kevin and Lori Heimbach, of Winfield; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary Heimbach and Charlotte Heimbach. She was preceded in death by four siblings and their spouses, Cora and John Weaver, Nora and Sam Weaver, Jim and Mary Louise Kauffman, Orpha and Harold Kratzer; sister-in-law, Miriam Kauffman; two brothers-in-law, Albert Heimbach, and Oran Heimbach.
