Selinsgrove - Arthur Jay White, 80, of Valley View Lane, Selinsgrove, went home to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026, in hospice care at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. He was born May 26, 1946, in Berwick, the youngest son of the late Lyle D. Sr. and Margaret (Keene) White. Arthur attended Central Columbia High School and then enlisted to serve his country in the United States Navy as a Seabee. Arthur loved the old gospel songs and used to stand with his family and sing and raise his praises. He loved having his family and extended families around him, he made many memories that will not be forgotten at home.
