Case in point, a Reddit user has shown that the AYN Odin 3 handheld gaming console can now run inFamous using RPCS3. So, it was always going to be hard to emulate inFamous on an ARM-based handheld gaming console. Since PS3 emulation is already quite CPU-intensive, a power-efficient mobile CPU like the Qualcomm Dragonwing Q8 getting overwhelmed in this case is not surprising.
