Alabama voters participating in the upcoming special primary election have just days remaining to make sure they're prepared to cast their ballots. The special primary election is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 11, with several important absentee voting deadlines approaching before Election Day. According to the election information, mailed absentee ballots must be received by noon on Election Day in order to be counted. With Election Day less than a week away, voters are encouraged to make their plans now instead of waiting until the last minute.
