There will be a Healthy Aging Presentation, hosted by the Alzheimer's Association, & the State of Montana Public Health & Safety Division, this afternoon (Mon) in Conrad, & later on today here in Shelby. This afternoon's presentation in Conrad, will be at 1 o'clock, at the Conrad Senior Center, & from 5:30 to 7:30 this evening at Logan Health-Shelby, in the main conference room. Please keep in mind you'll need to use the emergency entrance tonight. You'll have an opportunity to learn about brain health, & the "Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL) program, the benefits of Tai Chi, resources available through the Alzheimer's Association, along with disease education. This promises to be a real educational experience here in our Golden Triangle.
