These projects, Freed said, complement ongoing residential construction across Port Huron, including townhomes and row housing in South Park alongside roughly 50 single-family homes currently being built. Regional Collaboration Drives Project ForwardThe Lincoln Lofts development marks the first major housing initiative in St. Clair County for lead developer Community Housing Network (CHN). The initiative is the result of a multi-year collaboration between CHN, local housing commissions, and the City of Port Huron.
