Two people were taken to the hospital after being struck by a pickup truck in San Francisco on Sunday, according to the fire department. Authorities said a pickup truck hit two pedestrians and crashed into a light pole shortly before 12:30 p.m. on O'Farrell and Cyril Magnin streets.
