A two-lane underpass will be from Maharaja Agrasen Island junction towards Road No 45 Jubilee Hills Junction, and a two-lane flyover from Film Nagar junction towards Maharaja Agrasen Island junction. Two-lane underpasses will also come up between Maharaja Agrasen Island junction and the Indo-American Cancer Hospital junction. Another two-lane flyover will be from Maharaja Agrasen Island junction towards Road No 10, Banjara Hills (Indo-American Cancer Hospital).
