The kingfisher was rescued and 'fully checked' after flying into a window by staff at the Vale Wildlife Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre.
The bird, which is not rare but often difficult to spot according to the RSPB, rested for a few hours and was released at a nearby river the same day.
Taking to Facebook, staff at The Vale Wildlife Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre said: "Blink and all you'll see is a flash of blue.
"Window strikes are incredibly common, especially on bright sunshining days, and we're having plenty of them lately.
The Vale Wildlife Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre regularly treats more than 8,000 animals each year, many of whom come Worcestershire.
