Hyderabad: TG RERA has fined SVM Aditya Homes ₹43.16 lakh for allegedly selling units in a project that lacked both RERA registration and HMDA approval. ‘Tech Homes’ project under scrutinyThe penalty has been imposed on SVM Aditya Homes, represented by its Managing Partner N. Srinivas Babu, in connection with its ‘Tech Homes’ project. ₹43.16 lakh penalty imposedActing under Sections 38 and 59 of the RERA Act, the authority has now imposed a penalty of ₹43,16,480 on SVM Aditya Homes. The firm has been directed to remit the penalty to the TG RERA Fund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. The penalty order was passed by TG RERA Members Laxmi Narayana Jannu and K. Srinivasa Rao.
