You can still create up to ten videos for free in the Gemini app or on the web, with no Google AI subscription required. AI video generators are getting ridiculously good, but actually playing around with the best ones can often mean running straight into a paywall. Google briefly removed that problem last week by letting anyone try Gemini Omni for free, and apparently, it isn’t ready to close the door just yet. Google originally opened up free access to Gemini Omni on July 30, allowing Gemini users to generate up to ten videos without needing a Google AI subscription. That’s a surprisingly generous playground if you’ve been curious about AI video but didn’t want to pay to experiment with it.
