Morris, NY - MORRIS - Lois P. Jones, 85, of Morris, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the New York State Veteran's Home in Oxford. Born in March of 1941, in Teaneck, New Jersey, Lois was the daughter of the late Frederick Wagner and Gladys (Vernooy) Rowe. An avid letter writer, she poured her heart into hand-written correspondence, filling mailboxes with words of comfort, celebration and love. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 66 years, Robert Jones; as well as a brother, Dennis Rowe; and a sister, Amy Gage. Box 452, Morris, N.Y. 13808.
