Shakopee - Sister Loriann Stanton, SSND, 82, died August 4, 2026, at Benedictine Living Community - Windermere, Shakopee, Minnesota. Sister Loriann (Madonna Stanton) was born in 1943 near Northfield. She entered the School Sisters of Notre Dame in Mankato in 1961 and professed first vows in 1963. She returned to Good Counsel Hill in 2018 and moved with other School Sisters of Notre Dame to Shakopee in 2022.
