Space, science and imagination will come together Saturday night at Branched Oak Observatory near Raymond. The observatory is hosting its first annual AstroCon 2026 from 6 to 11 p.m. August 15. The event will feature Nebraska astronaut Clayton Anderson, who will be on hand from 6 to 8 p.m. for a special book signing.
