A suspected fraudster, Emmanuel Nwokorie, was on Tuesday docked in an Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court Ibadan over an alleged Automated Teller Machine (ATM) fraud. Nwokorie, 39, was charged with conspiracy, theft and unlawful possession of ATM cards. Adeshina Folaranmi said the defendant committed the offences on Aug. 8, at about 11.00 a.m, at Access Bank, Challenge area in Ibadan. Folaranmi alleged that Nwokorie and others at large were caught with ATM cards belonging to one Adenike Fatubi and Jonathan Ayowumi. The prosecutor alleged that the defendant also defrauded one Komolafe Timothy to the tune of N1,448,000, at the ATM situated at the same bank.
