Tyler, Texas - Charles Worcester, born Jan. 23, 1943 in Sulphur Springs, Texas to James Worcester and Ann Garner, passed away Aug. 3, 2026 in Tyler, Texas. He was married to Billie Yvonne Garland on Nov. 16, 1960. Together, they raised two beautiful children. Charles in the U.S. Navy and served proudly in Vietnam.
