FAA IR to EASA CB-IR: please define "50H IFR PIC"What is the definition of "50 hours IFR PIC" in the context of converting an FAA Instrument Rating to an EASA CB-IR? The scenario is a German Private Pilot wants to get an FAA Instrument Rating and then convert it to a CB-IR. But as I understand it, wearing foggles/hood for training does not make this EASA "IFR PIC" time towards 50 hours. I don't think that it's IFR PIC at all in the context of "50 hours" since the client isn't rated... Easy Access Part FCL says ""Flight time under Instrument Flight Rules" (IFR) means all flight time during which the aircraft is being operated under the Instrument Flight Rules."
