The future of Daviess County volleyball was on full display this week while the Daviess County Volleyball team welcomed young athletes from across the community to its annual volleyball camp on July 28 and 29. Campers received a T-shirt and spent the two-day camp learning volleyball skills and fundamentals directly from members of the Daviess County Volleyball team. But while camp was about developing the next generation, there is plenty of excitement surrounding the current generation of Daviess County volleyball as well. The goal is simple: get Daviess County volleyball back to where it should be. If the energy inside the gym during this week’s camp is any indication, it should be an exciting year for Daviess County volleyball.
