San Marcos, Texas - Nita Kay Fidler, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away in New Braunfels, Texas, on July 30, 2026. They married in 1969 at First Baptist Church of Weatherford and celebrated 57 years together earlier this year. Kay is survived by her husband, Rick; her daughter, Lisa Livingston, and husband, David, of San Marcos; and her son, John Fidler, of Granbury. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 15 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Weatherford. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kay's memory to First Baptist Church, 222 W. Church Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086.
