As reported earlier, Cyprus property sales continued to strengthen in July 2026, extending the steady growth seen across the island’s real estate market over the past year.
Domestic buyers remain the largest part of the marketCypriot buyers accounted for 1,211 property sales in July, representing 59% of all transactions completed during the month.
