Ford plans to start making a four-door Mustang that will have the capacity to be a hybrid. The Wall Street Journal reports the car could go on sale before the close of this decade and resembles the current two-door Mustang. “Right now, the hybrid segment is the hottest segment in the market. You know, everybody’s looking at four bucks a gallon and going, you know, I need something that gets better fuel economy. So if they do it right, if they have a performance hybrid, you know, one that feels like it’s a performance car, they could sell a lot of them.”
