Woodward, Oklahoma - Vanessa Kathryn Gerloff received her angel wings and entered the pearly gates of Heaven on August 2, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. A memorial service will be held at the First Christian Church in Freedom, Oklahoma at 10:00 am, Saturday August 8, 2026 with the Billings Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. She was born February 3, 1952 in Hardtner, Kansas to Stanley Eugene Whittet Senior and Betty Jane Coles Whittet. Vanessa married Gary L. Gerloff on March 19, 1984 where they built a life together at the Gerloff Ranch in Freedom, Oklahoma. Hatch-Vincent American Legion Post #63 in Freedom, Oklahoma with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
