In 2024, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes received a MICHELIN Key through the MICHELIN Guide’s inaugural hotel rating program.
Upon closing, the Grande Lakes transaction will be Trinity’s third disposition in 15 months.
Elliott Investment Management also provided financial backing for Ryman’s purchase of the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa.
