FWIW, I'm also with Powershop on the Vector network and they still offer the Anytime pricing; and I can see I am still on that plan. Have you gone back to them to request a switch back to Anytime prices -- and asked why they moved you without your authorisation? Unfortunately, as we don't have EVs, don't work from home, etc we don't have much power to shift. Most of our power goes to hot water and cooking dinner which isn't really something we can shift unfortunately -- the rest is fridges, homelab, etc which run 24/7.
