pih: I'm looking for the same thing and this crowd is the only one I found who claim they can provide an SDOC: https://www.lykalyte.co.nz/products/ogemray-25a-smart-switch. I haven't purchased yet, they're quite expensive and I don't need it just yet. JA russell website is down atm, but I think they do them too. SDoCs are available upon request for declared articles sold by Lykalyte. Some components and non-declared products may not require SDoCs under NZ regulations.
