ABC Columbia (WOLO-TV) is seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our News, Production, Engineering, and Broadcast IT departments at our Cushman Road headquarters. As a senior leader, you will play a critical role in managing technical operations, station logistics, and physical plant maintenance to support our news, broadcast, and digital platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesDepartment & Technical Leadership: Direct daily operations across Engineering, Production, and Broadcast IT to ensure seamless news delivery and broadcast performance. Gear & Systems Operations: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical studio and field equipment—including Sony news cameras, video servers, routers, IFB systems, wireless gear, and digital fiber networks. Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in television news production management, broadcast engineering, or station IT.
