He later found therapy useful because it gave him a space to speak with someone outside his circle of friends and family.
The experience marked an early turning point in how Jonas approached his mental health.
He has since continued making music both with the Jonas Brothers and as a solo artist, including the 2025 album Music for People Who Believe in Love.
