The Town of Caledon has launched its new Housing Design Catalogue, a practical tool that will help homeowners, builders, and designers bring more affordable housing options to the market faster. Delivered in partnership with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) , the catalogue provides access to free, standardized housing designs that support gentle density, including accessory dwelling units and small multi-unit buildings such as fourplexes. The designs have been pre-reviewed in alignment with the Ontario Building Code, helping to reduce design costs and streamline approval processes.
