I was stunned when I read about this the other day - as a dog owner and decent human being, I felt sick to know that this is the way some operators are going about their business. I understand that if there is a dogfight, one or more of the dogs may need some kind of physical intervention, but these people should be trained professionals and understand how to handle dogs. To read how this idiot behaves makes my blood boil. I am equally incensed at how powerless/gutless SPCA seems to be and can't believe that in this enlightened age we don't have more punitive measures for dealing with animal cruelty and animal welfare.
