Morgantown, WV - Patsy DeChristopher, a cherished member of the Star City community, passed peacefully on August 3, 2026, at Mon Health Medical Center. As the beloved husband of the late Joan S. DeChristopher, Patsy filled his years with love and laughter, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him. A dedicated coach, Patsy inspired generations of little leaguers in Morgantown, guiding his own children, John and Lyn, while nurturing a love for the game in others. He is survived by his children, John (Connie Brady), Perri (Chuck Porter), and Lynette (Tracie DeFreitas), along with his beloved grandchildren, Sydney and Chase Porter. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Fri. Aug. 7, 2026 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Star City.
