However, PropertySavers say the average sold price was £617,420 a difference of £18,813 or just over 3%. Just behind this came GU5 (Guildford) where there was a £18,718 difference between the average asking price of £776,840 and the average sold price of £758,122. "Looking at genuinely completed sale prices alongside current asking prices provides a far clearer picture of local market conditions."
